God's Story #5 New Commands

In this lesson, students will discover how Mount Sinai reflects the imagery of an ancient Jewish wedding. They will see that God rescued Israel before giving them commands, revealing that obedience is a response to grace, not a way to earn His love. Students will also explore what it means to be a “kingdom of priests” and be challenged to live as the “blue thread”—standing out in a way that puts God’s character on display.
